School Eye Screening Camp at Ravindra Global Academy School Manauli village, Sonipat, Haryana
On 13th December 2025, a Comprehensive School Eye Screening Camp was successfully held at Ravindra Global Academy School Manauli village, Sonipat, Haryana. The initiative was jointly organized by Lion Hari Om Goel with MojiRam Lions Eye Hospital, with the goal of promoting eye health and preventive care among students and staff.
The camp, conducted from 8:30 AM onwards, saw an overwhelming response with 345 participants, including students, teachers, and staff, benefitting from the screenings.
Key Highlights
- 56 refractions were conducted to ensure accurate vision assessment and prescription.
- 40 vials of eye drops distributed to treat minor eye conditions.
- BP & Sugar tested for 5 students
- 2 cases were referred to MojiRam Lions Eye Hospital for advanced investigations and treatment.
This impactful initiative reflects the Lions Club’s enduring commitment to preventive healthcare. By bringing together service, care, and compassion, the camp created awareness about eye health while making a meaningful and lasting impact on the lives of the school community.
